Important Information
Individual members of the public may access the ground for recreational purposes; remaining on the outer edges only whilst we are not hosting hires. Groups must not use the ground without concent (including organised groups or one to one sessions)
During dangerous activities such as Archery and young children activities such as Archery; or when after school etc are in attendance we request for everyone’s safety all remain in the children’s park area.
The Trustees have the right to ask anyone to leave the ground and to charge fees should they feel that the ground is being abused by people making a profit. Any form of abuse will be reported to South Wales Police where CCTV will also be given.
The Trust can choose to lock the gates at anytime the facility is not in use or when hires are on. Prior notice does not need to be provided.
Note we are not a public car park, parking is for hirers of the facility.

Dogs
The ground is protected by the Bi-Law, the ground is patrolled regularly by officers who issue fines.
£100 Fines are issued for:
- rNo Dogs on Pitches
- rCarry Dog Poo Bags at all times (no bag fine)
- rDisposing of a used bag other than in the bins provided
- rDogs not in control – i.e. off a lead, approach another person, go onto the pitches
Strictly No
- QDriving cars or motorbikes including ATVs on the grass
- QNo Golf
- QNo Fires
- QNo Camping/Staying Overnight
- QNo using the ground for profit unless hired officially
- QNo access to other land through the ground
The Trustees and Official Volunteers withhold the right to request the removal of any person(s) from the ground or hall; any abuse to Trustees/Volunteers or official hirers will be treated as threatening behaviour and the police will be informed)
